A history of creativity
Founded in 2005, CRE8 is a leader in solutions for feature phones, smartphones and tablets, with a key role in the growth of the mobile industry in Brazil.
CRE8 starts its story in Brazil in 2007 with the acquisition of MDEV, a national company founded in 2005 to work on the development of mobility solutions, working mainly with downloadable content and portability (SVA). At this time MDEV even being a small company, already demonstrated ability and expertise to more robust developments.
In 2006 the company signed a partnership contract with Microsoft to develop Windows Live Service, mobile version. In march 2008 is released to VIVO the WLS in Java and Brew devices and in April 2009 it was TIM who launched the app. In 2010 there were already 156 approved devices capable of receiving the application. In 2011 we launched the app for Android, reaching the milestone of 1 Million users, this number doubled the following year (2 million users).
Strategic Partnership
In 2012, CRE8 entered into a partnership with Blink Mobile Australia to represent their development platform in Latin America. This product was presented at Futurecom 2012 and is now expanding. CRE8 currently focuses its operations not only in Brazilian territory but throughout Latin America.
