Robert Hunter
Chairman and Executive Director
For over 30 years Mr Hunter has been a Business Consultant and a Certified Practising Accountant. He is currently the director of a leading company based in Sydney, Australia. Mr Hunter has vast knowledge and experience in Commercial Tax, Auditing, Financial Planning and Business Consultancy. He is a member of the Australian Institute of Chartered Accountants, a founding member of the Superannuation Professionals Association, and a member of the NSW Justices Association. Mr Hunter brings to the Board a broad and diversified business skill background.
Chris Horn
Executive Director
Mr Horn has over 40 years business accounting experience. He began his career with KPMG Australia where he successfully became a partner in 1979. Mr Horn’s partnership afforded him many roles including business investigations and the head of KPMG Management Consulting Practice in New South Wales. In 1993 Mr Horn was appointed to the NSW Management Committee and served on the National Management Committee as CFO of KPMG (Aust) until his retirement from the firm in 2001. Currently, Mr Horn is involved in a number of ventures, the most prominent of these being his investment in and the overseeing of the operation of CRE8 Group of companies, particularly those located in Brazil and servicing the Mobile Telecommunications Industry.
Mark Slocum
Chief Executive Officer
Mr Slocum has held senior positions in the IT and Telecommunications sector in Australia over the past 20 years. With experience in areas of Business Management, Distribution, and Sales and Marketing, his leadership and business development skills have now culminated in his current role to further expand Cre8 from the Brazilian and Chilean market and into the expansive regions of wider Latin America.
João Castro
Commercial Director – Brazil
Mr Castro has 24 years experience working in the Telecomunications and the IT industry. He has worked in the Telecom Industry for Samsung, Ericsson / Sony Ericsson and Simm do Brazil for 14 years then a further 10 years in IT working for Lenovo and IBM Brazil in the areas of Commercial / Marketing / Technical and Costs. Mr Castro’s executive career has developed over the last 10 years as he continues successful management in commercial, marketing, and business development areas.
Osvaldo Ugas
General Manager – Chile
With over 10 years of experience in Sales and Marketing areas in IT, Retail and Wholesaler industries, Mr Ugas is now looking after Cre8 Chile´s development. Successful experience of Team and Territory management along Private and Government entities brings an excellent experience for implementing Cre8´s strategies and achieving our key goals succeed.
Fernando Mafra
Chief Financial Officer Latin America
With over 16 years experience in administrative and financial management of companies in Brazil, Mr Mafra, today, acts as CFO for Latin American Operations. He deals with all matters Accounting, including financial analysis, capital investment, financial management, cash flow management, and budgeting and business plan development. Mr Mafra brings a wealth of experience from many sectors. He chooses to apply that experience in the telecommunications area that he now specialises.
Gustavo Jota
Product & Project Manager
Mr Jota has over 10 years experience in product creation, R&D and project management. He has brought solutions to different industries such as,Telecom, Defence, Energy and Home Appliances. Mr Jota has always applied tactical management to fit companies’ strategic goals. He has managed multidisciplinary teams in Brazil and developed key technologies to deploy OEM manufacturing in Brazil, USA, Germany and China. Mr Jota’s role today is to apply his knowledge and experience to forecasting project scenarios, and providing risk analyses and assessment.
